Our Product
We produce high quality TGGG (Tiger Grouper - Giant Grouper) hybrid grouper, with authentic taste and texture.
Our maximum production capacity is 1000 tons.
Our Facility
Industrial Aquaculture Facility (IACF) of PDS was built using RAS (Recirculating Aquaculture System) technology with main characteristics:
- Minimum usage of water source
- Strict implementation of biosecurity standard
- Tight control of water and environmental parameters (DO, salinity, CO2, pH, etc.)
- Very low and strict usage of chemicals
Its location in Buleleng, Bali also gives another strategic advantage — a climate and sea water very suited for grouper growth, making Buleleng one of Indonesia's grouper production centers.
Material
We use only high quality material (feed, eggs, fingerlings) with very careful inspection procedure.

We grow the fish in a modern facility proven effective in producing high quality grouper.
Knowledge from local traditional farmers, who have maintained stable, high quality and quantity of grouper production for decades, is now even better with our efforts to improve further by utilizing modern technology. Strict biosecurity standards and tight control of water and environment parameters are also key to a high quality product.
Quality Control and Assurance
Strict quality control is implemented on all of our production line, from hatchery to grow-out — eggs, fingerlings, growth, harvesting, delivery transportation, and until received by our customers.
